Hello people!
I want to recompile the Kernel Vanilla 2.6.16, because it have the support for "Conexant AccessRunner"-based USB ADSL modem.
I'm using same option of the 2.6.14.3 (approximately, there are new options...), but with the "USB DSL Support" -> "Conexant AccessRunner".
When i rebooted the machine, the Kernel crashign ever (after an ATM error):
Quote:
ATM dev 0: cxacru_atm_start: CHIP_ADSL_LINESTART returned -110
ATM dev 0: usb_atm_init: atm_start failed: -110!
Vendor: disk2go Model: MUSICII Rev: 0100
Type: Direct Access ANSI SCSI revision: 04
SCSI device sda: 1005312 512-byte (i don't remember this word) sectors (515MB)
sda: Write Protection is off
sda: assuming drive cache: write through
|
Arrived here it crash.
Two questions:
-What is the error "-110" of the ATM?
-Why Kernel crashing?
Stupid USB Modems and Routers!!!
