Does anyone know of a digital voice recorder with these specs?

- Records in MP3
- Act like a USB disk, so I can easily get the files from it
- Has a 1/8 inch jack for a separate microphone
- Costs less than $100


The closest I found were two. First, the OLYMPUS WS-200S look good at $90 except it records only in WMA. The Olmpus DM-10 records in WMA and DSS, but who knows what DSS is--also, it's expensive at about $140.

(No, I don't want to record to a tape and CD and then sample it using my audio card. I need convenience because we're going to record about 10-20 hours a week.)

I ordered two of these from walmart.com, and they should be here next week. They look exactly like what I wanted.

Works nicely for voice. The HQ mode records MP3s in 32kbit 32kHz, and then it acts just like a USB disk as far as the computer is concerned. The quality in conference mode is OK.

Too bad it doesn't do high bit rates too because then I could also use it to record our church worship services. (Currently, we use a laptop with Audacity.) Oh well: one out of two applications is not bad.
