mouse + cpu temperature warnining in bios

i discovered very strange thing happening on 2.6 kernels (never tried 2.4) :
when i disable CPU temperature warning and CPU fan warning in BIOS my PS/2 mouse isn't detected on boot - i have to unplug and replug it and it works :)
with those warnings set to ON - mouse warks always

my mouse is a standard logitech opticar ps/2 mouse
my motherboard is Gigabyte GA-8IPE1000-G (865,IC5 chipsets)

i wanted tu switch off those warnings because when i try to monitor by lm_sensors my cpu temp and fan i get buzz alarm in pc speaker although none of the values is out of range
anybody experiencing similar problems?

You could try keeping the warnings on, but set new limits for lm_sensors in /etc/sensors.conf (and then running `sensors -s`) so that you're no longer out of what it thinks is the range?

Yes i know, i've already tried that but even though the values dont' exceed the range i put (no alarm text displayed) i still got a buzz in pc speaker
