Mouse acting weird on OpenSuse 10!

I just installed OpenSuse 10 on a Dell Inspiron 6000 (laptop) and I tried some stuff in Yast to get the mouse scroller to work.

The problem is now worse, however... when I move the mouse up and down, it thinks I'm using the scroll button. I can't figure out how to get it back to normal.

The same problem is present with the trackpad (mouse on the keyboard) of the laptop.

Can anyone help please?
