Question Mounting USB casing


How to mount a USB casing in linux. which driver to use?

The devil is in the details my friend...
First of all, when you say usb casing - you mean a external casing for a hard drive? Or perhaps you mean something else?
Second - how about some system info? What distro are you using? What DE?

Give us some more details so we can be of help to you.

i have a external casing for mounting HDD or CDROM. i want to access it in linux... i am using Fedora core 4 currently. do u mean to say that the procedure is diff if i use red hat or suse or something else?
