Mounting Fuji Finepix3800 aka Finepix S603 as USB mass storage
I don't succeed in mounting my Fuji digcam. Even after reading some of the threads in this forum I don't have any clue on how to do this. The only information I have is:
Camera in DSC mode.
mountpoint /mnt/digcam created
output of lsmod:

I have a Fuji FinePix 2650 so I'd imagine the process is the same. All I did was create the fuji mount point:
/mnt/fuji (hehe Mount Fuji...yes I'm a geek)
and then added the following to /etc/fstab
/dev/sda1 /mnt/fuji vfat noauto,owner,ro,user 0 0
If your usb is okay you should be able to plug the camera in, mount the /mnt/fuji directory, and then go down into the other directories to find your pictures.

Tried all combinations out of
mount -t vfat /dev/sd[a-d][1-4] /mnt/digcam
and always got e.g.
mount: /dev/sda1 ist kein gültiges blockorientiertes Gerät
