mounting disk-on-chip flash memory

I've got a samsung NAND flash memory disk-on-chip built into a system i'm running. It's 128 Mb and it's run off of a PC-on-chip module.. the 686CORE which you can find at http://www.compulab.co.il/686core.htm

My problem is that I'm running RH 8.0 off of a hard drive that connects to the 686CORE but I need to access the NAND Flash Memory from Linux running off of the hard drive. The things I need to know are how to mount the memory, what needs to be in the kernel (2.4.20), and is there anything else that I'm missing?

Thanks
