Unhappy Mounting a hard disk???

Hi,
I had a Redhat 9 and Windows XP Pro dual boot recently set up but unforunatly the Windows disk (with most of my data on it) went bad. I can not boot Redhat 9 on the computer (i want to do that because i have some data i want off of it). I have a webserver running with Redhat9. If i take the RH9 formatted disk and put it into the webserver running redhat9 will it recognize the hard disk? Thank you if you can give help!
