Motherboard not detect ASRock SATA3 Card

Dear!

+ I have a Intel Desktop Board DG43GT, It have a PCI Express x16 slot supports PCI Express 2.0 x16.
+ When I plug in ASRock SATA3 Card into Motherboard via PCI Express x16 slot, then I can't detect ASRock SATA3 Card. --> WHY?
+ And I try plug in ASRock SATA3 Card into Motherboard via PCI Express x1 slot (supports Gen 1), then I can detect ASRock SATA3 Card.
+ And I also try plug in PCI Express SATA Card another supports Gen 1 into Motherboard via PCI Express x16 slot, then I can detect ASRock SATA3 Card.
Please, help me to detect ASRock SATA3 Card.

i thought that you shoud enable sata in bios, but maybe that is not the case

Dear!
If I don't enable sata in bios, then I can't detect with PCI Express x1.
But i can't detect when I plug in PCI Express x1 slot.
Have you ever been worked with ASRock SATA3 card?
