motherboard gone 3 beeps

i have intel D845WN motherboard
256 SDRAM
1.5GHz Pentium4

the problem now is that when restart my pc, i will get 3 beeps and if i switch on my pc after power off there only one
beep. this only happens few months ago.
i know that 3 beeps means 1st 64KKB of memory check error. but i have tried other ram and it still like that.

so you did try reseating the ram? and also tried with known good chips? if you have multiple chips, did you try them one at a time to try narrowing down to the troubled ram, if any?

i have tried to change my ram from 256 mb to working 128mb ram and still the same result 3 beeps on restart and 1 beep starting pc from scratch which means i power off the machine(switch off the power) then turn on the power and start the pc again.

will memory on th VGA card be the problem?
after all it still is a memory
i'm using asus geforce 2 mx 200
