Cool monitor trouble

Would someone kindly help me out regarding the monitor trouble that I am having.
The monitor wasn't automatically detected and idon't find the monitor in vondor list .
than itray Generic still seam praplam
ihav monitor: bitcom Modal:GD700
Iues Mandriva 10.1
Thanks in advance for any advice

Arrow Go to vi /etc/X11/XF86Config-4

Add your monitor configuration in the above mentioned location as per your monitor configuration
