Whenever i try to install Mandrake Linux 9.1. Before the installation begins it tells me that it is sfe to reboot my computer. I reboot but i get no picture. the monitor light just flashes and nothing appears on the screen. I have tried running the installation in text mode and low res mode but the monitor still cuts out at the reboot. PLEASE HELP!!!

Need more info:
Motherboard make/model/bios version
Video Card make/model
Monitor make/model/Year made

Do you get any scrolling linux boot lines prior to the 'blank' screen, or does it die right after the computers bios boot screen?
