schlegel001 LQ Newbie Registered: Aug 2004 Distribution: Mandrake 10 Official Posts: 1 Rep:	modem kernal compatibility I have just recently installed Mandrake 10 Official onto my computer, and when it recognizes my Rockwell HCF V90 FaxModem, and tries to auto configure it, it gives me the message "We only support 2.4 kernals and above". Mandrake 10's Kernal is 2.6.3-7, so what kernal is it talking about? The modem's kernal??? Can someone please help me...or even just explain what the problem is? I would greatly appreciate it!
