Hi all

I have RH9. I want to configure an external modem ( D Link 56Kbps). Can anybody tell me how to configure in RH9.

Thanks in advance.

My understanding is that it is an RS-232 serial modem. In that case, you don't need to set anything up. Just point your dialer (kppp, wvdial, etc.) to the serial port where it is located (usually /dev/ttyXXX, where XXX is the numerical assignment).
