modeline help

Right now, the refresh rate for X is set too low for me. I can see flicker, and it's giving me a headache. (As a guess, I think it's about 75Hz, and I want closer to 90.) After reading the help, searching the web, and playing around with the files, I am still rather lost. Anyway, the following is (first) my current modeline, and then the relevant lines from the manual. Could somebody please turn these two pieces of information into a higher refresh rate for my monitor?

Code:
Modeline "1024x768" 94.5 1024 1056 1408 1440 768 782 792 807
Code:
Display mode,	H. freq.	V freq. Pixel Clock,	Sync Polarity
VESA, 1024x768,	60.023, 75.029, 78.750, +/+
VESA, 1024x768,	68.677 84.997 94.500 +/+
