I'm pretty sure I've asked this before so I'm sorry for the double posts.
I have a Microsoft (sorry guys) MN-120 pcmcia notebook card. And after
months of searching I can't find any drivers for it.
The only thing half way useful was an archived thread on how the Microsoft
card is like the tulip, or something like that.
It described ways on how to edit the driver and to try it with the lspci
settings.
Problem 1. I'm pretty new at drivers and don't know how to compile them.
Problem 2. I don't even know if I'm grabbing the right info.
So my actual question is... is there someone here that would be willing to
step me through on how to get my card working? Other than the same
old remark of 'buy a new card'.
That's all the info I have about this card. Other than I know the card
works. On XP (shudders in disgust) it works like it should. But won't work
on linux. It does however know that it's an ethernet card.
Please contact me if you can help. I doubt there is anything I can do for
compensation, but I will try.
Thanks in advance,
Bob Scheff
