ML370 and Smart Array 532(Compaq)

Hi,

I have some problems with our company linux server,

A standard installation with SuSE 8.0 everything goes quite well. But when i try to install (or upgrade) to SuSE 8.1 it hangs on the Smart array controller and gives the following info:

Partition Check:
cciss/c0d0d3

When i boot with the installation cd and load the cciss module manually it works fine.

I did try to install lilo instead of grub but this gives the same problem.

Does anybody have any idea or suggestions?
