mkinitrd command issues

No, that is impossible. It is a 13 years old thread. You can barely use CentOS 5.4 these days.
Anyway, those guys will not answer you. Would be nice to explain better what did you exactly try, what's happened ...

Changed mobo.lvm not found.not booting.chekd with live dvd ,everything well inside.even accessed the /home.as per the above problem ,I want to try mkinitrd to resolve boot issues.but not so well acquainted with mkinitrd command.i can run Linux rescue,from there how to fix mkinitrd etc.so that it can run again.attached ss.thanks in advance.
