Microsoft MN-510 Wlan driver install problem

I am attempting to install the Wlan drivers in Fedora Core 4 to use my microsoft MN-510. I installed the source kernel according to the online users guide and it seemed to work fine. When I try to do the "make config" I get stuck at the part about Linux source directory. I get the following error: "The kernel header files are present but not the full source code." I have searched and come up with nothing. Thanks
