MIcrophone query

Hi all
I posted this query in newbie also but couldnt find the solution.My microphone is not working in linux . I am making call on windows ,
from there(windows) i can here the voice but cant get my voice to the windows.When i changed my microphone on windows & windows mcirophone
in linux same problem occuring .In windows voice is travelling.

Hello. How about putting the distro you are using in your profile? What are you running this distro on? It seems, from your post, that the mic is not working properly in Windows either. Is that the case?
