What do you think? Is it RAM, CPU, MB related, or just an overclocking error? (this host is not overclocked at all).

Given that it is limited to a fairly narrow range of addresses, it's probably RAM.

I have swapped the 2 RAM modules and I have got the same error (same location, same bits ...), but sometimes different CPUs

Check all RAM slots for dust and other particles or damaged contacts with light and magnifier.
Remove found dust and other particles. Try memtest again.
Separately check each RAM module on another mainboard.
If you find a damaged contact in a RAM slot or all memory modules run error-free in another mainboard your mainboard is broken.
