Memory settings in BIOS

I need to ba bale to change the memoryaettings in the BIOS but I'm not sure how. the reason is because when I try to start X I get an error message saying that less than 6MB AGP was found. I looked through the BIOS to find a setting, but I couldn't find anything, I was wondering if it's hidden or something. Anyway I have the PhoenixBIOS setup utilty if that helps.

Are you using the correct video drivers? I don't think BIOS lets you define the amount of video memory you have...

if his video is built into the motherboards chipset he
can. some boards let you pick 1,2,4,8 or more, and
use the built in ram.
You might have just configured X to use more video
memory than you have though. re run your X configuration
tool, and set the video cards memory to 2 or 4 megs
and see if that works.
