memory help


I wonder if anyone could supply me with the a command to get details on how much memory my system has available and knows of any on line tutorials for installing memory on a linux machine. I am all googled out here.

Type 'free' in console for a wealth of information on your memory. To upgrade your memory, just do it like any other PC.
