Talking MDK9.1 PPC Installer is not detecting Lite-on CD-RW

Greetings. Well, I have officially given up trying to do this on my own. I have a PPC G3, and wish to put MDK 9.1 on it (as well as OS 9.2.2). I have already installed 9.2.2, as per the request of the documentation, and finally got it to install...up to a point. Having gotten BootX to run, and gotten the DOS-esque interface to load, I told it to begin installation.

This is where I am having the problem. I press enter, and then stops...entirely...and then beeps me after saying it could not detect a Mandrake installer disc in the Lite-On CD-R drive. (Yes...CD-R is SUPOSED to be a CD-RW. So I may have TWO problems here...)

I'd apreciate any help at all, as I want to put this software to use since I spent 8 days DLn it -_-'
