Mdk9.1 + NForce2 + USB not working

Hello all,
I've got Mandrake 9.1 running on an Epox 8rga+ (Nforce2). I can't seem to get USB working at all, i get an error during start up that mod_probe couldn't insert the usb module.

usb-ohci.c: found OHCI device with no IRQ assigned. check BIOS settings!

I switched in a HDD with an XP install, and the USB seemed to work fine.

I'll post the full details of lspci tomorrow (i'm at work)

i'm tearing my hair out, i've tried the BIOS set to PNP OS yes and no still to no avail.

I had a similar problem with my nforce2 motherboard (MSI K7N2G-L). USB quit working in Mandrake, but I rebooted into windows and it wasn't working there either. I read on a forum that other people have had the same issue (nforcershq.com) and for some reason unplugging the computer for a few minutes fixes it. I shut down and unplugged the computer for about 2 minutes. When I rebooted, USB was back. I haven't had it reappear since.

Ooops, I didn't read carefully about the mod_probe error. I didn't see that sorry.
