i had finally got the mce remote yesterday in vlc last night but this morning it is not working.
tried reinstalling it using (
http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/index.php...u_lirc_install) guide and rebooting system.
when i do irw and press a key nothing happens.
when i do
sudo /etc/init.d/lirc start
get error "Starting lirc daemon: lircd lircmdlircmd: could not open config file
lircmd: No such file or directory"
any ideas this is driving me nuts because it worked perfectly last night.
