Red face Matshita CDWriter Installation on Intel x86 PC

I am unable to write data on to CD with the Matshita CD writer installed on Intel Pentium-III PC. But the same works fine with Windows 2000.

Any help in this regard

Welcome to LQ. It would be helpful if you could provide a lot more detail about the situation -- what command(s) are you running, what error message(s) are being generated, what distro are you running, etc. At the moment, there just isn't enough info in the post to offer any specific ideas on what the logical next steps should be. -- J.W.
