Question Matrox G450 help


I have a dell flat sceen monitor 1504FP 15 inch 1028x768

And a Gateway 15 ich flat sceen 1024x768



On the gateway flat sceen it don't look as bight as my dell UltaSharp why is that?Could it be it a differnt model?

Have you tried adjusting the "Brightness" and "Contrast" controls on your monitor to suit the ambient room lighting, or would that be too obvious an answer?
