Mandrake 9.1 and Intracom NetMod Usb

I have Mandrake 9.1 and i use Intacom Net Mod as a ISDN Modem.The Point is that i can not conect.Kppp message when i ask for query is can not open port.I search over the net and i find some infos ,but the answer is nowere.Also some infos are in netmod.intracom.gr/installation/engl_install-guides.htm
Can someone tell me how can i make it work !

i see your quite new to the game here at linux questions

it has a pdf on there about what you need to do to get you modem working

you say your using mandrake 9.1, that should not be a problem by way of support for usb modem stuff ( please any one else correct me if i am wrong ) so you could skip the part about recompiling the kernel, unless you really want to

antken first of all tnx for help.I have done everything that the pdf says,but there is still not working.I try to make "query modem" via kppp and the answer is "can not open port".I have test all ports (ACM0,ACM1,ACM2...) and nothing at all.When i connect it in my serial port everything is okk.I still want to connect it in my USB.
