Having trouble installing a piece of hardware? Want to know if that peripheral is compatible with Linux?

We'll be glad to try to help, but read the "Question Guidelines" link in my posting signature; without details, there is nothing we can do. You don't tell us what version/distro of Linux, what kind of hardware, what you're doing to get that message, where it comes up, when, etc. We cannot guess.

Provide complete details and we can try to help.
