MA311 Problems

I'm having major problems with my netgear MA311 with the 2.4.20 Kernel drivers built-in
after a while my link just times out (stops responding, no ping, etc)
Then even if i do ifconfig eth2 down and then ifconfig eth2 up i get an error message:

SIOCSIFFLAGS: Device or resource busy

dmesg | more output:

I don't know what causes this error, but i did find a fix.... after searching google.com/linux (hoping my connection would not time out) i found a mailing list post os someone that had the same problem..

WLAN-NG works VERY WELL with MA311 Netgear!

just d/led those and compiled, copied there script into rc.local and all is well. Thanks alot WLAN-NG!
