Low sound
Yeah,
I have a SBLive and RH7.3. I installed the sound card. It works, but the volume is real low, even after I go into the mixer and set everything to its highest. After that, I still only get mid sound. And yes, my speakers are on and turned up. Any ideas?

I am having the exact same problem; I will play a game like Quake 3 and the sound will be normal. I will use XMMS to play an mp3 and the sound is really low and I will crank up the volume and it isn't that high.

You need to make sure that the module aumix is indeed installed.
When you installed redhat did you install the option "Everything" ??
Its not allways installed if you just choose desktop
alternatively visit http://www.rpmfind.net/ and find an rpm called aumix.
