LinuxQuestions.org - Logiterch Elite Keyboard '5' button not working?

Ok, I've posted before with troubles with this keyboard, but this is just annoying! My '5' button, the one below the F keys, does not work in X. Every other button works fine, I have binded the multimedia keys to actions in fluxbox, but this ONE button just doesn't do anything.

This appears to be a driver problem but I have no idea where to look to correct this. All other buttons give correct outputs from xev. I'm using Gentoo Linux. TIA!
