Logitech Quickcam Messenger

Hey guys, I've found a couple of sites talking about a Linux driver that was written using backward engineering, but I wanted to post this here to see if any of you guys have found a driver that "definitely" works for the Logitech Quickcam Messenger. The main reason I want the driver is because as you know it plugs in via USB and also has a built-in mic, and I use my mic to talk to people on Skype or teamspeak while we play WoW or UT2k4 or whatever, and as it is, nothing at all is working on it, which means no voice chatting, which makes it quite hard trying to type messages to teammates while I'm playing a game. Any help would be appreciated.
