logitech MX900 bluetooth mouse stops after boot in fedora 6

My logitech MX900 bluetooth mouse stops after boot
into fedora 6. The mouse is working in windows
(dual boot system).
It is working during install and boot, but
at the time I get to the login window it stops.

I have a pentium 4 PC, with an ASUS P4C800
motherboard. I use the bluetooth hub included
with the mouse. Pressign the connect button
doesn't help. Searching in the bluetooth
software - I don't know what was that
or how to use it - finds nothing in half
an hour.

Can anybody help me get the mouse work?
As I'm a beginner in linux, I would appreciate
a step by step explanation.

Thanks!

Although I don't think I'll be able to help w/ your specific problem, let me make a few suggestions that may help you pose your Q better:
  • Provide links to the hardware.
  • Show the actual searches you did (links).

Have you tried any of the live CD distros?
  • Knoppix
  • MEPIS
