Locitech QuickCam Pro 4000 + TV Wonder VE + RedHat 9.0

This weekend I decided I wanted a WebCam and to be able to watch TV on my system. I bought the Logictech QuickCam 4000 Pro and an ATI TV Wonder VE. My motherboard has Cmedia 8738 integrated sound. Redhat detected the the logitech and the ATI. When using xawtv, I can get a feed from the WebCam. I do not get a feed from the ATI. Also my sound stopped working. I have been having problems with the integrated sound. I have been thinking about getting a soundblaster LIVE and disabling the integrated sound. As far as I can tell there is some conflict between the Cmedia and the ATI. Does anyone have some tips? I really didn't get a chance to move boards around to see if a certain combination worked(no ATI or no integrated sound or no ATI)

Thanks,
Nate

If you have your TV tuner card next to your AGP port, there can be some problems (asked a similar question about Wonder Ve). Did you have your camera video out connected to the Wonder Ve? If you did, you need to make sure that Xawtv is displaying the cable input, not composite. (Right click in Xawtv to view the options).

The VE has an open slot between it and my AGP video card. The quickcam plugs into the USB. The only xuwtv feed I can select is the quickcam. I have unplugged the quickcam and can get audio back, but really bad things happen when I load xawtv without the quickcam plugged in------ crashes system, power switch light cycles off and on and computer beeps like crazy.
