Locating a proper V92 56K Internal PCI Data FaxVoice Modem for Debian Linux 7.1.0

Please advise a possible source and model number for the following:
V92 56K Internal PCI Data Fax VOICE modem for Debian Linux 7.0.1.
As an alternate, please advice a possible source for:
V92 56K Internal PCI Data Fax modem for Debian Linux 7.0.1.
Also please state if a separate driver is necessary from such a source
as Linuxant (which would require identification of the chip set).
Thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter!

Voice modems will be a hard find. And many of those pre-dated v.92.

Back when I was on dialup, I had decent luck with lucent cards. Although still win-modems and needed drivers / firmware. I had a USR card that was nice, but 3com bought them out and the firmware I upgraded with during that transition bricked my card.

I'm not a fan of linuxant, I'm glad it's an option. But their function is to provide what the manufacturer "should have" provided. A driver for hardware. So I try to avoid connexant hardware so I can avoid linuxant. There's just something about having to buy your hardware twice that irks me.

There's probably a few lists, but you'll need to know the chipset in a lot of cases.

Or run down to a goodwill tech center and grab a dozen different cards and try them.
