I saw this list somewhere but I just cannot remember it.

Looking for a list of PC vendors that sell machines with no OS or some Linux distro.

A vendor that will allow me to configure a system before the purchase.
Like sound card, display card, etc.

DELL also sales their comptuers with no OS installed, though they ship with FreeDOS. This is informative more than anything, I personally believe they're a rip off.
