Unhappy Linux Sound not worked after update :(

Hello all.
I use Debian 7 amd64 and after update it my Soundcard removed. I reinstall Alsa-utils and Alsa-base but my problem not solved. when I run "alsamixer" :

cannot open mixer: No such file or directory

the output of other commands are :

cat /proc/asound/cards :

--- no soundcards ---

aplay -l :

aplay: device_list:252: no soundcards found...

lsmod | grep snd :

snd_pcm 68386 0
snd_page_alloc 13052 1 snd_pcm
snd_hwdep 13189 0
snd_seq 45165 0
snd_seq_device 13176 1 snd_seq
snd_timer 22812 2 snd_seq,snd_pcm
snd 57356 5 snd_timer,snd_seq_device,snd_seq,snd_hwdep,snd_pcm
soundcore 13065 1 snd

How can I solve it?

Thanks.
