Most NAS units already do run Linux as their embedded operating system, especially larger ones. If you are wanting to know of NASes that support Linux clients, most do again. Simply look for NFS support as NFS is Linux's native file-sharing protocol. If you want to set up Samba to view Windows file shares, then any and all NASes will support that.
