Linux keyboard

I heard that there is a keyboard that is made for Linux (I've heard that the button between control and alt is a Linux button and additional keys that are for Linux). Where are these selled? Are they good? Is there a finnish layout?

Some of the people call that button a meta button.

Googling for "linux keyboard sticker" gives eg.

Technically they are the same keyboard, just different logo in those meta buttons.

Hmm, I thought that there was a Linux keyboard that has more than the Meta key feature.
