I have one global ftp and mail server. but working fine.
but today i face one problem.when i restart network service , suddenly system should be hang and capslock and numlock button blinking ,
Then i restart the system . then its show , kernel panic not sync - fatal exception . i dont know whats the problem.

How can we help you? You don't give us any details; you don't say what version/distro of Linux you're using, on what hardware, or any further info on what's on the screen during boot. You don't say what you've checked, either.
Have you looked at the hardware? You say it's working fine...except for the part about it not booting, right? Since your keyboard lights are flashing, that strongly indicates a hardware problem. Fix your hardware.

I am using centos 4 and MotherBoard is Biostar NF61
60 Seagate IDE harddisk

for past two months its worting fine. now its giving like this problem.
Often on this sort of panic, you get some other error message prior to the panic itself.
Try to write down and post more of what the display shows before the panic.
...And check the hardware. Try to boot with a liveCD/DVD and see if you can mount the hard drive. If this happened suddenly and you haven't installed or removed something recently, you might have disk crash or some other problem with the hardware that causes the panic in the kernel.
