Linux and GIGA8IK1100 Mainboard

Hi all ,
first of all sorry for my bad English :(
I have trustix linux ( also test red hat 9 ) to install on GIGA8IK1100 Main board , linux install without any problem and during boot accept my NIC card ( this mainbord have NIC on bard )
I add new NIC Card type D-Link ( also test 3com NIC card ) to use this linux as gateway , and also install linux on it ,
during installation linux , linux detect my new NIC card and boot it , but when I want to send any packet to Internet It don't work :( I think my mainbord don't support 2 NIC ,
we also disable onboard lan and use two NIC card connect to PCI slot ,
but only one of NIC work and other one don't work :(
when I monitor card using tcpdump -i eth0 and tcpdump -i eth1 it show me some packet recive by NIC card , but I cant send any packet to other host ,
can any one help me ?
I using red hat linux and have this problem too ,
