Linux 9 installation cannot find ethernet card.

Hi, i downloaded the latest Linux from RedHat (version 9) and installed on my dell machine, which has Integrated Ethernet card(Broadcom 440x 10/100 integrated Controller). However, the installer cannot detect the ethernet card. The card can be found by Windows XP though and works perfectly. Any one has idea on how to solve this problem. Thanks.

Let me start with minor correction. There is no Linux 9, you may want to say you have RedHat 9. Some Linux users are very picky about this. Plus if you say which distribution of Linux you are using you will attract more people with experience with that particular distro.

Anyway, it would also be helpful to know what type of ethernet card you have.
