Exclamation linux 9 config - sound and modem


guys, my redhat 9 is running amazing on my machine
just three problems

1) my sound card - on board on A7v8x ASUS board, is not configured, please temme wat to install and where to get it from

2) my modem GVC 65k kflex modem tat is detcted by the comp and even connects to the net but knqueror or netscpae dont recognize it, it doesnt ping and also i have given it extra init options as atx1 to recognize my dial tone

3) i have a pinnacle TV tuner card - not high on priority how do i configure that

please give me the complete detailaed instruictin i am a novice
willing to learn

my config is
asus a7v8x motherboard, Athlon 2000XP+, 512 MB DDR ram, TV Tuner Pinnalce PCTV PLus, On board Sound Max integrated Sound, K56 GVC Modem,
