i have an LG RD 7130 handset connected to the pc using usb cable, i am runing suse linux 9.1 kernel version 2.6.4((default kernel)
i followed http://www.hackgnu.org/ril-howto.html guidlines on using rconnect under Linux,
i used OHCI as usb controller driver,
everything went fine, Suse detected Prolink USB Serial Converter and attached it to /dev/ttyUSB0
i configured a new connection using Suse's Yast.
when i start dialing, i am getting "modem not responding" error,
and my phone too not responding to dialing request.
because of unsuccess i downloaded RConnect 1 for linux,
for more information about RConnect go http://www.relianceinfo.com/Infocomm...dc_linux.html,
RConnect also installed, functioned well until dialing, RConnect also can't dial. same error.
so i came to the conclusion that Suse is not communicating with my phone.
however RConnect working fine under my friends Windows XP PC's with my phone,

please help me.
