I downloaded the two tarballs from your site and installed them.

My printer works fine using a 1.1 USB slot.

I've installed it on PCLinuxOS 0.92, which is a great little distribution.

Originally I used Mandriva 2006 and I wish I'd seen this post earlier, it would have saved me a lot of hassle.
