lexmark x203n scan problem


I have lexmark x203n and I am using it on Fedora 14. I have problem with scanner, when I try "simple scan" it says that No scanners available although lexmark x203n have scanner. Is there any solution for this problem?

It's at least being detected. Maybe there's firmware available through your package manager.

It should be a .sh file once opened.

I just downloaded package & it's a .exe file so I don't think it's for you, I'll get back if I find 1 that pertains to your driver.

Try this it appears that it's being recommended in every sear even by open printing, but only to fedora 13.

That is only for printing I installed that and I can print, but there is no use for scanning

Method 1:
