Lexar Secure JumpDrive

I'm looking to buy a new USB Flash Drive and I'm thinking of buying the Lexar Secure JumpDrive.

My problem is that it's the secure version and I know that the password feature doesn't work in linux. Can this drive work by disabling the password?

Anybody get the secure version of one of these working?

thanks

I did search that post, but I thought that it was a non-Secure JumpDrive that people were talking about.
