Lenovo 330-15IKB Laptop - Disable/Toggle Fn key

Default functionality is that my Fn key is enabled, which forces me to press Fn-F#. I'd like to disable it.

Typical instructions say to press Fn-Esc to toggle in Windows, or to enable/disable in BIOS. I don't see anything in BIOS. Are there any Linux tricks to toggle it?

Dunno about Lenovo, but my HP has a "fn lock" on the keyboard that forces the functionality to flip.
